The defence requested to revoke the warrant of arrest, the fact contested by the general prosecuted but the court decided to release him.
According to the lawyer Miloud Brahimi, the “journalist reference to the general prosecutor in El Harrach court is owed to the territorial competence”, but the striking is that it coincides with the eave of the celebration of freedom of press international day.
Arezki Aït-Larbi published a communiqué in which he explained that the case which remotes back to 1994 has deprived him from the freedom of movement and have been noticed recently about the sentence namely six months imprisonment with no remission.
