The first explosion occurred at 7a.m. and targeted a bus parked near a hotel situated near the court of Bouira, the bus usually transports the workers of the Canadian company, Lavalin, in charge of constructing a filtration plant, and a treatment station, which are destined to the dam of Khoudiet Aserdoune. 12 People left killed, and dozens injured. 3 Minutes later, a second blast has been heard, it has been perpetuated by a suicide boomer, who smashed his car filled with explosives to the headquarters of the Army operational sector of Bouira, several people resulted wounded, the majority are neighbouring residents.
